Cancelling

You cancel where you subscribed.

We are not in the middle of it, and we could not make it difficult if we wanted to.

Signoff is sold through the monday.com marketplace, so monday takes the payment and monday holds the subscription. You change or cancel your plan in your own monday account, in the same place you started it. There is no notice period, no email to send and no call to sit through.

Refunds follow monday’s marketplace policy, because it is monday who charged you. If something has gone wrong and that policy does not cover it, write to us anyway — support@billboard.plus — and we will do what is fair.

Uninstalling does not delete your approvals. They were written to your own monday account and they stay there, readable, with or without the app. That is a consequence of the architecture rather than a promise we have to keep.

The free tier

Not a trial.

It does not expire, and it is not a reduced version of the software.

The first fourteen days are unlimited. After that, the free plan covers up to three approvals a month with every feature turned on — multi-stage routing, external approvers, the trail, the printed record. The limit is on volume, not on capability, because a free tier that hides the thing you are evaluating tells you nothing about whether to buy it.

A promise about price. Features that are free today stay free on your plan for as long as you remain on it. We will not move something you already use behind a higher tier. If we ever raise the price of a paid plan, it applies to new subscriptions; you keep the price you signed up at for at least twelve months and we tell you before it changes.

The rest

What we do and do not promise.

What are you actually agreeing to?

That you may use Signoff on the monday accounts you install it on, for as long as you keep to these terms. You keep every right in your own content. We claim nothing in your items, files, comments or decisions, and we do not use them to improve anything.

What do we promise about uptime?

Nothing contractual, and we would rather say so than publish a number we cannot back with a credit. The app runs inside monday and stores its data there, so an outage on our side stops new automation runs and external approval links — it does not take your existing approvals away or make them unreadable.

What is our liability?

Capped at what you have paid us in the previous twelve months, which for most people is a small number and for free users is zero. Signoff records decisions; it does not make them, and it is not a substitute for your own review of what you are approving.

Can we suspend an account?

Only for non-payment, for use that breaks the law, or for use that damages the service for other customers. We would tell you why, and your data would stay in your monday account regardless.

What happens if these terms change?

The date at the top changes and the previous version is available on request. A change that materially reduces what you get is notified in advance, and you can cancel rather than accept it.

Whose law?
